In the early morning hours of March 19, 2022, the life of 21-year-old T'Khira Monique Browley, a Black / African American female from Lynchburg, Virginia, was tragically cut short. She was attending a birthday party on Old Wright Shop Road in Madison Heights when gunfire erupted at approximately 1:47 a.m. When deputies and emergency personnel arrived at the scene, they discovered Browley suffering from a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
