Shantisha L. Dortch, a 29-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost her life on October 2, 2016, in a murder-suicide incident. The event took place in a Hillside Court apartment located in the 1600 block of Glenfield Avenue. Early that Sunday morning, neighbors reported hearing gunshots during what police later identified as a domestic dispute.
