In the spring of 2012, a business transaction inside a Virginia Beach recording studio took a fatal turn, ending the life of 43-year-old Jackie Delice. The incident, which occurred on April 22nd in the 4600 block of Pembroke Lake Circle, was the result of a drug deal that escalated into violence. Delice was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound.

Investigations revealed that Delice had arranged to meet with three men, Tommie Lawrence Cherry, Terrell Antonio Pugh, and Dwayne Tyj ...
