In the early morning hours of March 27, 2015, the lives of two young people were tragically cut short in a Virginia Beach home. Twenty-three-year-old Chasity Nicole Brown and her 25-year-old boyfriend, Rory Joseph Nobriga, were discovered deceased inside their residence on Old Virginia Beach Road. The initial call to police came in as a suspicious death, and upon arrival, officers found both individuals with fatal gunshot wounds.
