Chasity Nicole Brown, a 23-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, VA, was found dead on March 27, 2015, alongside her boyfriend, Rory Joseph Nobriga, aged 25. The couple was discovered in their home on Old Virginia Beach Road. According to the Medical Examiner, both individuals died from gunshot wounds to the head. Nobriga's death was ruled a suicide, while the manner of Brown's death remained pending at the time of the reports.
