In the early hours of a May morning in 2022, the life of 31-year-old Rufus 'Skoota' Lindell Artis was tragically cut short. The male victim was found deceased at the scene of a shooting that unfolded just after midnight at the Hoffler Apartments on East Washington Street in Suffolk, Virginia.
