Lloyd Trenton Stilwell, aged 37, was found dead on June 23, 2022, in Max Meadows, Virginia. His body was discovered in the 100 block of Stone Drive, lying face down with a gunshot wound to the chest. No firearm was found near the scene, and his body was subsequently taken to the Medical Examiner's Office in Roanoke for an autopsy.
