On April 20, 2023, 49-year-old Joshua Daniel Carter and 40-year-old Pamela Marie Lowande were found deceased from gunshot wounds at a residence on Fromans Road in western Frederick County, Virginia. Both individuals were coworkers at MSA Security, a New York-based company with satellite locations in Virginia.
