Dean Herbert Reid, a 53-year-old resident of Parksley, Virginia, passed away on July 3, 2021. Dean was a beloved member of his community, known for his many roles including drafter, corrections officer, school bus driver, public safety dispatcher, EMT, firefighter, and ordained minister.
