In the quiet community of Onancock, Virginia, the evening of February 13, 2024, was shattered by the sound of gunfire on Stumpy Lane. When deputies from the Accomack County Sheriff's Office arrived at the scene shortly after 8:30 p.m., they discovered 26-year-old Rashaun Anthony Brown suffering from gunshot wounds. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene. His body was later taken to the Norfolk Medical Examiner's Office, where his death was officially ruled a homicide.
