On February 13, 2024, at approximately 8:32 p.m., the Accomack County Sheriff's Office received a report of gunshots in the 26000 block of Stumpy Lane in Onancock, Virginia. Upon arrival, deputies discovered 26-year-old Rashaun Anthony Brown unresponsive, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Despite prompt response efforts, Brown was pronounced dead at the scene.
