Nicholas Kyle Joseph, a 23-year-old resident of Painter, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 13, 2021, in Onancock, Virginia. The incident occurred in the middle of Johnson Street, near the old carnival grounds, around 3 p.m. on that fateful Wednesday.
