Brian Pendleton, a 38-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 22, 2022, in a mass shooting at a Walmart store where he worked as a custodian. Pendleton was among six employees killed in the incident, which occurred just days before Thanksgiving. The shooter, identified as Andre Bing, was a night supervisor at the store. Bing opened fire in the break room where employees had gathered for a pre-shift meeting.
