Brian Pendleton, a 38-year-old male, was a dedicated employee who had just celebrated his ten-year anniversary as a custodian at a Walmart in Chesapeake, Virginia. Known for his punctuality, he would always arrive early for his 10:30 p.m. shift to ensure he was on time. On the evening of November 22, 2022, he was in the breakroom with his colleagues before his shift began when a manager, Andre Bing, entered and opened fire on the employees gathered for a meeting.
