Kerry W. Eaton, Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 29, 2021. The incident occurred at the Preston Trails apartments located in the 3500 block of Towne Point Road. Chesapeake police were dispatched to the scene around 1:09 a.m. following reports of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers discovered Kerry Eaton deceased and another man seriously injured.
