On a cold December evening in 2022, the life of 25-year-old Quaheem Elliot Murphy of Hopewell, Virginia, was tragically cut short. The male victim was found in the parking lot of a Shell gas station on Oaklawn Boulevard in Prince George County, just outside the Hopewell city limits, suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. Emergency services were called to the scene late on the night of December 19th, but Murphy was pronounced dead at the location.
