Jasir Quamere Culver, an 18-year-old from Hopewell, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 24, 2022. The incident occurred late at night when officers responded to a reported shooting near the intersection of Elm Street and Arlington Road. Upon arrival, they discovered Jasir Culver and 14-year-old Micah Coles lying on the railroad tracks with multiple gunshot wounds.
