On July 21, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Hopewell, Virginia, resulting in the death of Dequante Travell Roney, a 30-year-old resident of Prince George County. The incident took place during a house party in the 300 block of North Radford Drive, where a shootout erupted in the early hours of Sunday morning.
