In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Hopewell, Virginia, the sounds of a house party were tragically silenced by gunfire. On July 21, 2024, 30-year-old Dequante Travell Roney, a male resident of Prince George County, was fatally wounded in a shootout that erupted at a gathering in the 300 block of North Radford Drive.
