In the summer of 2014, a violent encounter on a Trenton, New Jersey street tragically ended the life of Tyshawn Goodman. A Black male, Goodman was just 25 years old at the time of his death on July 30, 2014. He was a lifelong resident of Trenton and was educated in the city's public school system.
