In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Camden, New Jersey, the life of 24-year-old Armir Thomas Money was cut short. On November 9, 2014, in what was reported as one of two fatal shootings to occur in the city within a two-hour span, Money was shot and killed.

Authorities reported that the shooting happened shortly before 4:40 a.m. near the intersection of Front and Vine streets. When police arrived at the scene, they did not find a victim. They soon learned that Armir Lee Thomas-Money ...
