In the late hours of a Saturday in Camden, New Jersey, the life of 22-year-old Luis Delgado was tragically cut short. On March 29, 2025, just before 11 p.m., gunfire erupted in the area of the 600 block of Elm Street, a sound that prompted a police response after a ShotSpotter activation. Arriving at the scene, officers discovered a chaotic situation and one gunshot victim, but Delgado was not among them.
