In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in April 2015, the life of 19-year-old Roshawn Harrison, a male resident of Newark, New Jersey, was tragically cut short. On April 14th, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Harrison was fatally shot in the South Ward of the city, specifically at 7 Ridgewood Avenue. The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unclear from initial reports.
