In the late hours of a November evening in 2018, the life of Tylier R. Moore, a 29-year-old Black male from Newark, New Jersey, was tragically cut short. On November 21st, in the city's South Ward, Moore was fatally wounded by gunfire. Despite the prompt arrival of authorities and efforts to save him, his injuries proved to be too severe.
