Jayvon Gore, 28, a Black male, was found mortally wounded just after 1 a.m. on June 18, 2025, in the parking lot of an after-hours establishment along the 1400 block of Oakland Park Avenue in Columbus’ North Linden area. Medics rushed him to Riverside Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead minutes later.
