In the early morning hours of April 15, 2015, the life of 33-year-old Quenzelle Mickle, a male resident of Bloomfield, New Jersey, was tragically cut short on the streets of Newark. Shortly before 1 a.m., in the vicinity of 34 Fourth Street, the sound of gunfire echoed through the neighborhood.
