In the early morning hours of a late March day in Newark, New Jersey, tragedy struck on Eastern Parkway. Rasheed Barnes, a 38-year-old male, was fatally wounded by gunfire. The incident occurred around 4:20 a.m., shattering the quiet of the neighborhood.
