In the cold of a Newark evening, a dispute turned deadly, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. James Goff, a 22-year-old male from Irvington, New Jersey, was found on a street in the 200 block of Clifton Avenue with fatal gunshot wounds on December 4, 2016.
