In the early morning hours of April 20, 2019, the life of 37-year-old Farad Burt, a Black male, was tragically cut short on a street in Newark, New Jersey. Burt was found on Springfield Avenue suffering from gunshot wounds. The incident prompted a swift response from local authorities.
