In the early hours of a Wednesday in Newark, New Jersey, the life of 26-year-old Ian Taylor was tragically cut short. On May 22, 2019, at approximately 12:30 a.m., police responded to a call on the 100 block of Sunset Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Taylor suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene just moments later, at 12:48 a.m.
