In the late summer of 2006, the life of a young man from Newark, New Jersey, was tragically cut short in a burst of violence that claimed two other lives. Nineteen-year-old Eric Lamar Jackson was inside a Newark apartment on September 2nd when a fatal shooting erupted. The incident, which unfolded in a chaotic and brutal manner, left a total of three people dead and two others wounded.
