On the afternoon of New Year's Eve in 2019, a discovery was made inside a vehicle parked on Morgan Boulevard in Camden, New Jersey. Inside, 51-year-old Nathaniel Brown was found unresponsive. Police had been called to the scene around 3 p.m. for a report of an unresponsive man. Upon their arrival, they found that Brown was suffering from a gunshot wound.
