In the winter of 2018, a young man's life was abruptly cut short on the streets of Camden, New Jersey. Jarrell Patterson, a 25-year-old male, was shot in broad daylight on Monday, December 10th. The incident unfolded in the 1200 block of Chase Street, where police found Patterson suffering from a gunshot wound at approximately 1:39 p.m. He was rushed to Cooper University Hospital for treatment, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead less than an hour later, at 2:14 p.m.
