Wayne M. Smith Jr., aged 34, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2016, in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred at the Richmond Inn and Suites located on the 6300 block of Midlothian Turnpike. On that fateful evening, police were dispatched to the motel around 6:15 p.m. following reports of a person down. Upon arrival, officers discovered Wayne M.
