Willie L. Johnston, an 81-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically found dead on June 22, 2020. Johnston was discovered in the driver's seat of his vehicle, which had been riddled with bullets, in the Fulton Bottom area on Stoney Run Road shortly after 2:30 a.m. The elderly man had been shot nine times, and his car was struck by a total of 15 bullets.
