Victor Harris, a 57-year-old male, was tragically killed on the evening of September 9, 2017, in Richmond, Virginia. He was riding his bicycle home from work along Pollock Street, near the intersection with 5th Avenue, when he was caught in the crossfire of what police believe was a dispute between two teenagers. Harris, an innocent bystander, was fatally shot.
