Victor Harris, aged 57, tragically lost his life on September 9, 2017, in Richmond, Virginia. Harris was riding his bicycle home from work down Pollock Street near 5th Avenue when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred in the early evening, and it was reported that Harris was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire of a violent altercation between two teenagers. The gunfire that claimed his life was related to a fight that had occurred earlier in the day.
