In the late hours of a Monday evening in Camden, New Jersey, tragedy befell 27-year-old Michael Twiggs. On August 24, 2020, around 11 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting on the 1600 block of Kolo Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Twiggs lying on the ground, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
