Desmond Mark Williams, a 56-year-old Black male, was making his way through an ordinary Monday evening in Camden on April 15, 2024, when violence abruptly cut his life short on the 1400 block of Carl Miller Boulevard. Just after 7 p.m., gunfire shattered the routine of the neighborhood, drawing urgent 911 calls and sending Camden County Police racing to the scene.
