In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Camden, New Jersey, the sound of gunfire pierced the quiet of the 1600 block of Pulaski Street. It was August 1, 2023, at approximately 12:34 a.m., when a ShotSpotter activation prompted a response from the Camden County Police Department.
