In the early hours of a Thursday in Camden, New Jersey, the life of 30-year-old Quinton Norman was tragically cut short. On April 9, 2020, on the 700 block of Mount Vernon Street, Norman was fatally shot. The incident, which also resulted in the injury of a woman who was with him, unfolded shortly after midnight.
