Sergeant Patrick John O'Rourke, a 39-year-old officer with the West Bloomfield Police Department, tragically lost his life on September 9, 2012. He was responding to a domestic dispute and reports of shots fired at a home on Forest Edge Lane in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
