Phillip Terry Lipscomb, a 75-year-old resident of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away on June 9, 2022. Born on June 6, 1947, in Gadsden, Alabama, Lipscomb was a proud veteran of the US Army, having served in the Vietnam War.
