Cedric Laure Horn, a 59-year-old resident of Roseville, Michigan, tragically lost his life on December 8, 2014, in a fatal incident that occurred on Interstate 94 near French Road in Detroit. According to reports, Horn was driving his silver Ford Five Hundred eastbound around 10:15 p.m. when he lost control of the vehicle.
