In the winter of 2014, the life of 59-year-old Cedric Laure Horn of Detroit, Michigan, was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. On the evening of December 8th, while driving on Interstate 94 near the French Road exit, Horn was fatally shot. The incident was the culmination of a road rage encounter that had reportedly begun earlier near Interstate 75. The shooting left a community in mourning and a family desperately seeking answers.
