Stephen Francis Cook, a 30-year-old man, was last seen on July 2, 1983, in Davenport, California. On that day, Stephen, along with two friends, John Lusher Jr. and Sanford Delano, set off on a fishing trip about three miles off the coast of Davenport. The group, all experienced fishermen, left early in the morning with no indication of any issues.
