Christy Ann Wilt, aged 41, from Palmyra, MI, passed away on January 8, 2015. She was found dead from a single gunshot wound to the head at her home on Deerfield Road in Palmyra Township. The Lenawee County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene just before 10 p.m. on the night of her death. Upon arrival, deputies discovered her body inside the home, brought in by a family member. The circumstances surrounding her death were immediately deemed suspicious by the authorities.
