Joy Dawn Boswell, aged 35, tragically lost her life on February 3, 2021, in Monroe, Michigan. Born on February 25, 1985, in Norman, Oklahoma, Joy was residing at the Camp Lord Willing RV park in Monroe Township at the time of her death. The incident occurred during a domestic dispute with her boyfriend, Austin Taylor Lucas, a 28-year-old man from Plano, Texas. The couple had been living together at the campground, and on the night of the incident, a heated argument escalated into violence.
