On March 2, 2023, the body of 23-year-old Kayla Belinda Sedoskey was discovered at the abandoned Boysville Juvenile Detention Center in Frenchtown Township, Monroe County, Michigan. She had been shot multiple times and was found wrapped in a tarp, with duct tape over her mouth.
