In the winter of 2006, the life of 48-year-old Carolyn Sue Smith of Eastpointe, Michigan, was brought to a tragic and violent end. On December 29th, a distressing call led police to her home, where they discovered a brutal scene. Carolyn and her sister were found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Both were rushed for medical help, but Carolyn unfortunately succumbed to her injuries.
