Jimel Hendrix, a 26-year-old father and husband from Highland Park, Michigan, tragically lost his life on April 1, 2015. According to reports, Jimel had just returned home when he and his family were ambushed by intruders. The assailants demanded valuables, and despite Jimel complying, they shot him in the face in front of his wife and two young sons. The attackers then ransacked the house, taking everything they could find.
