In the early morning hours of April 10, 2015, the life of 61-year-old Terry Draper Williams was tragically cut short in his Saginaw, Michigan, home. A hail of bullets shattered the morning quiet, prompting a 911 call that brought Saginaw police to his residence at 2323 S. Washington. Inside, they discovered Williams, a man known for his love of cooking, good music, and family, had been fatally shot.
