In the spring of 2016, a young woman's life was cut tragically short in Flint, Michigan, a city already grappling with a crisis of trust and safety. Sasha Avonna Bell, a 19-year-old female, was found shot to death in her home at the Ridgecrest Village Townhouses on April 19, 2016.
