Ben Allen Johnson, a 27-year-old resident of Jackson, Michigan, tragically lost his life on May 8, 2016. The incident occurred early Sunday morning when Johnson was brought to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital with a gunshot wound to his chest. Despite medical efforts, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival. The shooting took place at a residence on the 400 block of W. High Street in Jackson, where Johnson lived with his girlfriend, Daisha Monique Cooper.
