Jamari Lamar Moore, a 3-year-old boy from Ypsilanti, Michigan, tragically passed away on November 13, 2016. The incident occurred at the Country Meadows Apartments, where Jamari was staying at the apartment of his mother's boyfriend. On that fateful day, Jamari was fatally shot by a 10-year-old boy who found a loaded handgun on a shelf in a bedroom where the boys were watching TV.
