In the crisp air of a Thanksgiving morning in Ypsilanti, Michigan, the life of 22-year-old Von Cratic was tragically cut short. On November 25, 2021, a day meant for gratitude and family, gunshots shattered the peace at the Villas Apartment Complex on Golfside Road. Responding to reports of gunfire around 10:34 a.m., police discovered Von Cratic on the ground, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
